Our Process
Introduction
Leveraging the impact of initial impressions, I aim to set the tone for the relationship with an on-site orientation to meet your team and introduce the benefits available to them. This is the first step to building a relationship centred on trust and authenticity between me and your team.
Availability
Weekly onsite visits are held to discuss anything that individuals choose to share. These are voluntary and permission-based discussions and are completely confidential. They will strengthen the bond between your team and me and are pivotal for building trust.
Engagement
Creating a culture of care starts with relational connection. Your team will have access to one-on-one care sessions on-site and off-site. These sessions are intended to create a safe space to listen to and support your employees, empowering them to invite me to engage in their lives in a way that is most beneficial to them.
Dependability
Uninterrupted, around-the-clock access is available for every employee. Your company will be provided a phone number with 24/7 access to me that can support your staff and their remote loved ones in a crisis or emergency. This kind of access is designed to help your employees navigate the unpredictable.
